For future reference, you may want to check out the Sage HRMS Ideas area, so you can review existing ideas already submitted and also provide your own suggestions and feature enhancement requests.

I had a Support Rep which I will reserve the name that helped and watch me place this request... Please clearly define what I am to do at this point... Or if you are adding this to the Idea Forum...

I'm sorry that you were given incorrect information by a support rep.  The forums are the place to ask questions while the ideas area is the spot to go to provide product suggestions and feedback. 

Please click on the Ideas link provided below, then click on the category for your idea under Browse Ideations, and then click on the pink New button and enter your idea.  This group is regularly reviewed by product management for feedback, so you will want to enter ideas here so that they will be viewed and updated by the team.

Customer satisfaction should make this something that your team can do... If you guys are monitoring what is in these than I feel like you should be able to push this to a different forum topic, and not have the person who is making the suggestion do it.

I should point out that the forums and ideas are completely different applications (please note we use a third party platform for our community and so are limited to what is offered by them).  We can certainly move a forum post to a different forum or an idea to a different category, though.  This is why I wanted to make sure that you were aware of where to submit feedback and suggestions so that it did not get lost in the forums.

I'll be sure to follow up with the Sage HRMS Support Team so that they are advising people correctly on where to post technical questions (forums) and where to post feedback and enhancement requests (ideas) so we can avoid a similar situation in the future.

I really appreciate the good advice Derek thank you. I guess providing this on the forum allows me to see if anyone else in the community has similar issue, and found a resolution for... Come one come all, please provide your solution. Thanks again though.
