MONDAY June 29th and June 30th we have ES - Sage HRMS - Managing your Employees with Sage HRMS
It starts at 9:30 AM ET and is a virtual classroom course lasting two days; it is an instructor led and delivered online. During this course we will explore the features and functionality available in Sage HRMS HR and Sage Abra Suite HR. Topics will include using the navigation pane, the user preferences, and the employee toolbar to manage your employee data. We will review the file structure in Sage HRMS, the various HR detail pages, and the tasks and processes needed to manage HR, whether it is for one employee or a group of employees. We will also discuss time off management, as well as the reporting capabilities available in Sage HRMS with standard reports and the secure query. This training includes hands-on exercises so you can practice what you have learned in a demo environment. If you are a Sage HRMS or Sage Abra Suite user who is required to access and update employee HR information, this is the class for you.
THURSDAY July 2nd we have Coasting Through Sage Abra Suite Quarter-End Close.
This is a popular course; it starts at 8 AM ET and is a 4 hour instructor led course delivered online. During this course we will help you prepare for quarter end using Sage Abra Suite. You will learn to run a trial quarter close, balance the trial quarter close, and investigate any imbalances before running the final quarter close, completing the final balance, and editing the applicable forms. Topics will include system setup; payroll processing; recording and depositing tax liabilities; running reports; performing backups, and installing the latest tax updates. As for the target audience, whether you are new to the Sage Abra Suite Quarter-Close process or just want a refresher, this is the class for you. Training is specific to Sage Abra Suite Payroll version 9.1 and higher.
