MONDAY April 6 we have SAP Crystal Reports - Level 1C: Producing Reports from Scratch
It starts at 1PM ET and is a 2 hour instructor led course delivered online. This course provides novice SAP® Crystal Reports users with a way to build upon previous SAP® Crystal Reports training to create custom reports. You will learn to select data sources, fields, totals, summaries, and groups for your reports. Topics will include the blank report option, toolbars, report sections, and exporting reports.
This course applies to users of Sage Abra Suite and Sage HRMS, both HR and Payroll, in both the US and Canada, who are tasked with extracting information from Sage Abra Suite or Sage HRMS. Please note that this course contains some of the same material covered in the SAP Crystal Reports Level I: Laying the Foundation course.
Students should have attended both the SAP Crystal Reports Level IA: Introducing the Data Structure and Interface, and the SAP Crystal Reports Level IB: Developing using the Report Wizard courses prior to attending this course. This course is part three in a series of three courses for SAP Crystal Reports with Sage Abra and Sage HRMS.
TUESDAY April 7th we have Sage Alerts and Workflow for Sage HRMS by Vineyardsoft.
It starts at 1PM ET and is a 4 hour instructor led virtual classroom course delivered online. You will learn how to set up Events to monitor your Sage HRMS data to ensure you are on top of any and all changes and updates.
WEDNESDAY April 8th we have Sage Abra Suite - Coasting Through Sage Abra Suite Quarter-End Close.
This is a popular course; it starts at 1PM ET and is a 4 hour instructor led course delivered online. During this course we will help you prepare for quarter end using Sage Abra Suite. You will learn to run a trial quarter close, balance the trial quarter close, and investigate any imbalances before running the final quarter close, completing the final balance, and editing the applicable forms. Topics will include system setup; payroll processing; recording and depositing tax liabilities; running reports; performing backups, and installing the latest tax updates. As for the target audience, whether you are new to the Sage Abra Suite Quarter-Close process or just want a refresher, this is the class for you. Training is specific to Sage Abra Suite Payroll version 9.1 and higher.
THURSDAY April 9th we have Sage Abra Suite - Balancing Sage Abra Suite Payroll
It starts at 1PM ET and is a 2 hour instructor led course delivered online. During this course you will learn to ensure accurate payroll processing by becoming familiar with the Sage Abra Suite Payroll balancing process. Topics will include Sage Abra Suite Payroll processes and reporting, as well as tips and tricks for troubleshooting issues with balancing.
Those of you who are Sage Abra Suite Payroll users responsible for creating and balancing payroll would be interested in this course. You should have a working knowledge of Sage Abra Suite.
FRIDAY April 10th we have SAP Crystal Reports - Level I: Laying the Foundation
It starts at 9:30 AM ET and is a 7 hour instructor led virtual classroom course delivered online. SAP® Crystal Reports for Sage HRMS connects you to data above and beyond the standard reports included with Sage HRMS by allowing you to create powerful, formatted reports with Sage HRMS as your centralized database and single point of truth. During this course we will train you to use SAP® Crystal Reports to extract the data you need from Sage HRMS and turn it into interactive, actionable information. Topics will include understanding the file structure of Sage HRMS, as well as using formulas and expressions. We will discuss creating and editing reports and using the Report Wizard. This training includes hands-on exercises so you can practice what you have learned in a demo environment.
This course is of interest to you if you are tasked with extracting and sharing information regardless of product (Sage HRMS or Sage Abra Suite) or geography (U.S. or Canada).
