When the presenter reviewed the Q1 2022 update (page 7) of the slideshow, the HRMS Core upgrades listed included Preferred Name and Gender Identity fields. These were circled in orange to indicate these were available in the existing/non-premium version. I can't find these fields in my desktop version of HRMS which has been updated through Q4 2022. Is there a setting I need to activate for those fields to be an option? Or did I misunderstand something?
