Many of us are familiar with the employee's Demographic page in Sage HRMS.   Have you ever clicked on the envelope icon or wondered what it does?

When there is a valid email address entered and you click the envelope icon, it starts an email to this person.  Please note that you need a valid email account set up in order to be able to use this feature.

Another fun fact about the email field in Sage HRMS, is it is used by Sage ESS as the From address for notification emails.
