Sage HRMS 2014 and Sage HRMS 2015 were not tested with Windows 10. Sage HRMS 2016 has been tested and is supported with Windows 10 operating system. Note: Sage HRMS 2014 product is no longer supported. It is recommended to upgrade either to Sage HRMS 2015 or Sage HRMS 2016. In your example if you have Windows 10 operating systems you would upgrade from Sage HRMS 2014 to Sage HRMS 2016.

Thank you. I am attempting to remove HRMS 2014 and I'm unable to do so. After clicking Uninstall in Programs and Features, I am prompted if I'm an admin to click "Yes" otherwise click "No." After clicking Yes nothing happens. No other dialog or prompt is provided, and HRMS 2014 is not removed.

Make sure UAC is set to never notify. I am unclear as to whether you are uninstalling a client from the workstation or the program from the server. Uninstall is never clean and leaves directories behind, another option is to manually do the uninstall by deleting directories and running a registry cleaner.

I am uninstalling a client from a workstation. I have turned off UAC (Never Notify) and proceeded to uninstall it again and nothing happens. Are there specific instructions on a manual uninstall of the HRMS client?

If the 2.0 folder is renamed on the workstation the Sage HRMS software will think the client is not installed (c:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\2.0)

There may also be directories under c:\Program Files (x86)\Sage or c:\ProgramData\Sage
Add remove programs may not be able to uninstall if the registry is incorrect or damaged, so a registry cleaner is recommended to run.
