Hi Lindy, I saw several articles in the Sage Knowledgebase regarding this message when generating an Aatrix Report.  I did not see one for HRMS.  The articles indicated it was a permissions issue relating to UAC.  I would contact your IT person prior to disabling UAC or try running the report from a different location that has the HRMS client installed.  You can also reach out to Sage HRMS Support.

• Disable UAC by going to Control Panel, User Accounts, Change User Account Control settings and change setting to Never notify

Disabling the UAC didn't help, my IT girl is looking into it, it won't run for anyone so I will reach out to Support if we can't figure it out.

It is working now, I think there was a fix because when I went to run my government reports it had an update and now it works.
