California Pay Data Report is only for Single Establishment.

Why is there not a multiple establishment report available? Also..the report is completely different from the template on the California Pay Data Portal. Has anyone tried filing with the AATRIX report currently available?  We were given a 30 day extension but need to file by the end of April.  The xls template they provide asks for each establishment and then the total number of Pay Bands within each Job Category and Race Code.  The current AATRIX report simply lists each employee, with no mention of their location/establishment.  This seems like a big difference and we are not sure we should file using the AATRIX report.  I am hoping for some guidance before I put in the time to create my own crystal report

  • Hi Melanie, I need to complete the CA Pay Data.  Did you receive a resolution to your questions?

  • in reply to A Feeback

HI there!  No I never did, and it looks like this year isn't going to be any different.  I had to manually pull data and help my HR dept fill out the spreadsheet manually.

Thanks Melanie.  I had to use several reports and export them to excel.  I was able to pivot by location and codes.  Hopefully this will get resolved.

    I appreciate your response.

    Have a great day!

I used Crystal Reports and then did something similar.  Frustrating that they haven't been able to resolve this for us in the last year!

Have a great day as well!
