Hi Angel, Sage is aware and is currently tracking the new California pay data reporting requirements as well as the component 1 EEO-1 reporting at the federal level.  I've reached out to Aatrix and they are also aware of SB-973.  Unfortunately, I do not have any more information at this time.  Legislative updates and changes to the software are normally announced in the product release notes accompanying the change, and depending on the change, it may also be posted on Sage City.  If you do not see anything in the Q4 2020 product update release notes that become available mid to late December, I would suggest reaching out to Sage HRMS support.

So no word from Sage HRMS on what to do with a Multiple Site Employer??? Where is the support???
