Does the user setup have more than one monitor. If the monitors are of different manufacturer's models that might be the issue. If you can open HRMS on the other monitor without the issue that would let you know.

I appreciate the response, but this user does have two monitors of the same manufacturer and model. We may have found the culprit of this issue. It may have been cased by an Offline Files issue of the Offline Files being too large for the space available.

Check the font sizes on the monitor in the display settings. If you're using larger font sizes, the HRMS screens don't expand to accomodate, so things go "missing". Set it back to 100% instead of larger.

I've got a user with roughly the same issue, except offline files aren't the problem. We've set the user's font sizes to 100% as suggested, but it still doesn't fix the issue. Any other suggestions?
