ESS Home Page Database Error

We are getting a ESS database error when when a manager logs in and views the Home Page of ESS. The exact error is:

Sage Employee Self Service was unable to find the necessary data.  This may be due to problems in the ESS database or an internal program error.  The last Business Object retrieved was the ESS BenefitElectionPlan object with the criteria: [hBePlanLogicalPrimaryKey = '***SHSAS      '].

We have checked the table in the SQL data where it is trying to retrieve the primary key, but the table does not contain any rows. I am assuming that it is either an error somewhere inside one of the stored procedures or simply user error, but I am unsure how to correct this problem. This is only occurring with manager's Home Pages as regular users' appear normally.

We are currently running HRMS Version 10.7027 on a separate server than both ESS and our SQL server if that helps.
