How to setup three earnings codes against one payroll accrual?

I have a payroll accrual setup in payroll that accrues based on actual hours worked. There are an additional two earnings codes that need to hit that same bank of hours. For example, the employee has 80 hours available. The employee takes 30 hours personal time, 5 hours personal sell back hours and 5 hours tardy. The entire 40 hours needs to deduct from the 80 hours. Can this even be setup?

    I don't think it can. When an accrual is based on actual hours worked it is a 1:1 relationship between Absence Reason Code and Attendance Plan. If you are using a time keeping system I would recommend researching if it can better track something equivalent to the absence reason. Just using Sage HRMS Payroll out of the box I would recommend setting up optional fields at the time card detail level and the check detail level. What you enter at the time card detail level will flow through the the check detail and can be used for custom reporting. We have a client using a similar workaround due to Payroll not having a concept of a job code.
