Archive Terminated Employees

Hello,

I used "archive terminated employees". it only archived some of them not all. But when I tried to archive again. The system was telling me "no more terminated employees to be deleted" But they are under employee's finder with status terminated. I also checked the termination date is also there.

Please help.

did you use Terminate Employee process or just change the status in the employee record? Ensure they all have termination types, termination reasons and are terminated in Payroll status.

I did not terminate those employees, so I can't tell which way they were using to terminate them. I just checked all following fields were populated already - termination types, termination reason and terminated in payroll
