I had Sage HRMS support help me with this a bit ago and they were a great resource. I'm sure you have already tried uninstalling from the control panel, but if you didn't do it as the local admin make sure you do. Sage had me search program files, appdata, temp and Program Files (x86) folders for any remaining fragments and manually delete. Also delete any remaining environmental variables. That is all pretty basic. Deleting entries from the registry should be done at your own risk.
