Sage Abra Suite: Hotfix for Sage Abra Suite Pre-Close 941

We have discovered an issue with the Abra Suite Pre-Close 941 that was released with Q2 and we now have a hotfix available. 

Issue: If line 13g is greater than line 12, line 14 will be incorrect.

Note: This is an issue with the Pre-Close 941 only and not an issue on the final 941

Solution: 

  • If you have not run Final Quarter Close, install the hotfix and then rerun Trial Quarter Close and generate the Pre-Close 941.
  • If you have already run Final Quarter Close, you cannot go back and run the Pre-Close 941. Your final Form 941 is correct and there no reason to install this hotfix.
