Ability to request password rotation for winfas account to adhere to internal security controls for generic privileged accounts

My information security and controls groups are requesting that my team rotate the generic "winfas" account's password on an annual basis to adhere to privileged user account and password policies.  Based on my communications with the Sage Support team, this is an unsupported procedure but may be possible. I would like to have this as a standard procedure to request an annual rotation of the password.
