Our Sage Update Advisor used to work and although I thought it was odd, we hadn't shown any updates since 2020.1, but low and behold I see there have been updates every year. I reached out to support but was told that although it's with Sage, the Sage Update Advisor is kept a secret. It did used to work in our environment. I can get to the downloads through a browser on the server, had a pinhole request implemented, but it seems to be something else but I've hit a dead end with support. Anyone have anything similar or suggestions I could try to get this working again? Of course I found the files and instructions to get us to the latest version, but it was so much more convenient using the automated tool for these updates.
