Sage V12 P28

I have a Bespoke Crystal report  (delivery note) that can print to a printer on my network, we also then print out a fedex label.

Added a new printer to the network, logged in as a standard user and get the attached.

However logging in with my admin account it prints.

Checked all the permissions, access codes etc, what am i missing?  its driving me mad.

Any suggestions welcome
