Have you tried using GTEST to troubleshoot? See the Sage knowledgebase article How to use the GTEST command for diagnosing out of balance situations in accounting (16796)

yes I used GTEST but nothing was observed

I believe Debit & Credit amounts are not equal  or  template field separator  might breaking the line. 

quite strange as I could check dr and cr values are balancing, its true I believe something must be wrong somewhere but now to point it out and resolve is what i am struggling

yes, the issue was around rounding off of numbers between debit and credit. They were seem to be the same but there was marginal difference of around 0.01 - that was the issue. By the time I resolve this, I was able to import the file without issues.
