WRKBUT active but cannot send email. Local SMTP email is ok. Parameter has been setup.

Hi,

On the right menu, under Utilities > Send to...,

When I click on Send to..., it does not show the WRKBUT popup.

I click multiple times but it is not responding. It loads, but not responding.

There is no errors  given. Just, no response.

From Folder > Parameter values for the Workflow:

Local SMTP email is ok. It is located at the same server as Sage X3. I can send email from inside the server.

I have already set workflow email on my user account (Setup > Users).

    So, after reading the online-help for Workflow - implementation and called workflow team to the task, we found out the answer.

    The WRG and WRK sequence were customized.

    Reverting to match X3 standard resolved the issue.

    For reference, this was a rough workflow setup set by workflow team:

    Trigger is to change anything in Setup > Users.

    Then, since it was set to debug mode. It will tell everything.

    Sage X3 verbosity allowed the team to confirm the error after crosschecking with the online-help: online-help.sageerpx3.com/.../.
