Error 504 - Database logon failed while printing reports

Hello,

I have integrated a patch of crystal report to my folder, the integration is completed successfully. However, when running the report, I go the error of missing parameters:

Job 3 - ERR 504 coming from the edition server : Error induced by the print engine Crystal .NET.
YCASHFLOW.rpt - - Message 1/3 : Error running the report: D:\Sage\SafeX3\X3PRT\srvedit\Data\DEMO_VN-HCM-D-L-0013_50100\ENG\Report\YCASHFLOW_CrDll_DEMO.rpt
- Message 2/3 : Database logon failed.
- Message 3/3 : Database logon failed.


Any advice on this would be much appreciated

    Hi Giang,

    There are a few areas you may want to review to determine the exact cause of your issue here.

    Verify that you are using the correct ODBC entry for your updated Crystal reports, be sure the login parameters are correct.

    The user has the appropriate permissions.

    Also, I found this KB that appears to have the same errors (KB: 90018).

    Resolution: In this instance, enabling TLS 1.2 on all servers (requires a reboot) resolved the issue.

    If you are unsuccessful and continue to get errors printing I'd suggest creating a support ticket so we can assist further.
