What version and patch level are you on? It is always good to include this on forum questions.

What Stock valuation method are you using for the item? What is your Receipt valuation method? If the Valuation Receipt = Order cost and the Price field in the Inter-site Transfer shows zero ( from Knowledgebase article #75385): 

• Either enter a Price in Price ex tax STK when creating the inter-site Transfer (if Receipt Valuation method=Order cost) or,
• Go to the Stock Valuation setup (function GESTCM) and add a Receipt Valuation exception for Movement type=Inter-site Transfer and to select a Val method other than Order cost (i.e. Average cost)
