Quantity in Suspended transaction need to be cleared

Hi,

We have some quantity in Suspended transaction for a particular item, which occurred during a Shipment transaction due to the insufficient quantity. Later we received the same item using MISC Receipt, but the suspended quantity not updated, suppose these quantity must be reduced from the actual stock but not.

Hence, my stock summary report showing the correct value. But Sage X3 inquiry screen showing Available to promise quantity including the Suspended one. How to resolve this issue to clear out the suspended and update the Actual stock.

I already tried, Sock Resynchronization and Adjustment stock shortage ,but nothing could adjusted.

    Hi Adjustment of stock shortage should do the job. You need to be sure the stock is available in the same status / location / lot number than indicated (if any) on the suspended transactions. You can rely on the suspended transactions inquiry (CONSSAT) to see if a specific status / location / lot number has been entered when generating the suspended transactions.

    Hi , Actually for these suspended stock is not showing any LOT, In the shipment the system/user only select available quantity from an available LOT and the suspended quantities didn't select any. 

    Below Stock by Lot , where actual qty available as of now.

    Below suspended transaction screen- no LOT selected.

    Below shipment Lot inquiry - No LOT selected for the red color..

    How can I solve this by stock adjustment, reduce the suspended from the received LOT and clear the Sus trans. Is it possible through MISC Issue without impact GL?

    Please note, this is Solved, I created the Suspended transaction with Same LOT number
