Hi ehk, You might want to check the parameter NULAMTIFA interface the null amount under setup, general parameters, TC/ACC group. If the value is 'Yes', it allows null movements to post. 'No', prevent null movements to be posted. Check for a value in the purchase cost column in both PO and receipt lines, check the auto journal lines used for the receipt posting and see if they have been modified. If you need further help, please open a support ticket with your local Sage X3 support. 

You should also check the Valuation Method assigned on the product-site record. If it's set up as FIFO then the STOJOU would be using the PO / Receipt cost for the entry. The fact that it is $0 makes me think it is set up as Standard and there is no Standard Cost record set up.

I appreciate their contribution. There was a server restart along the process which led to servers being powered off when the process was in progress we concluded that didnt give room for entire transactions to be posted hence we did manually - Not sure if it was the correct way to close it, however.
