I believe you need to delete under BP function.  Similar to how would delete a customer (cannot be deleted in customer function).  

If you are referring to this location to edit, then that's where I was.  Do you mean some where different?

i'm sorry- yes- Common Data-->BP's-->BP.   The BP's function displays all the customers, suppliers, carriers, sales repts, prospects etc.  This is where you would go to delete the account.   

Note- if there are transactions made against the account (customer created from prospect) then you will not be able to delete.
