Default quantity

 Please, how could I put the quantity requested to be 1 automatically as you get on the line.

Not tested. Is that a sales order line? I will assume it is. 
 Maybe set a default value in the table SOH4 in the default value column? Validate the screen, maybe the window and the transaction entry screen.

Field QTY / Screen WK2ALL4 [SOH4] 
 QTY : Ordered qty.
Mandatory field
Data Type : QTY Quantity
Internal Type : Decimal
Length : 15 Format : =GUNTFMT
Option : Null value not displayed
Option : Floating numbers
Option : Positive numbers
