Hello All,
I am wondering if/how I would go about printing an unpriced purchased order? I have seen it in many of the other ERP systems (generally as a radio button or checkbox) I have used in the past but have not found the option in X3.
Thanks!

CarlHaase Are you looking for a spreasheet with all your POs that have $0 amounts?
No...in previous systems that I have used, you could print a purchase order as you normally would but there was an option to have the pricing removed. It was used when free-issuing material to a fabricator or if your client wanted unpriced copies of all purchase orders.
I can do it manually, but I have to print the PO to a PDF and then remove all pricing. Not that daunting when you only have a couple of items!
CarlHaase That is a valid use case, however I do not believe it is an option OOTB. What I would recommend is either a seperate crystal report you can print that suppresses all costs, or adding a check box field to the lines where you would then flow to the current crystal report to suppress if said new field is checked.
Thanks...that is what I believed would be the answer but wanted to check. The longer into this system I go, the more I realize how little there is OOTB!
CarlHaase Yea, I get the frustration all too well.
