Robert - not sure if this will resolve the issue or not, but I would use the action card on the Description field of Purchase Invoicing Elements screen and make sure your description is set for the language you are using (e.g. English, etc.)  If it is set, you could try changing and changing back.  Do the same thing for the short description field in case that is being used. I have had to do that for some other fields that allows for setting the name in multiple languages.

Thanks, already did that and also also changed the translation fields.  Screen rendering is OK, not documents though.  I will try more Purchase Order forms.
