Sage X3 Excel Addin Query Level

Hello!

I'm attempting to read a query in Excel, but the query is level 5. Currently when I set the level of the query to 5 via the menu item screen, it comes back as level 1. I can't find any way to effect the end result of what data comes out other than making my query a level 1 only query, which doesn't work for the data I'm using.

My question is this, is there something saying the excel addin has to run at a certain level? If so, how do I modify it?

Ben, Can you test the standard query "WSALES"? It has 3 levels and I was able to get it to show the different levels when exporting to excel. I selected the query level 3 menu items. If it doesn't work…

What version and service pack are you on? Could you share you query?

This doesn't address my problem. My problem is with Excel's representation of the data using the Excel Add-In. So the data as it appears in an excel sheet when imported from Data Sources rather than the Export to Excel option on the Grid. I know the wordage isn't clear but that's what it is.
