Is that you are checking three fields instead of one field for a date -30 days the way how you need to have this?

Yes it's 3 sperate fields that are DAT fields.  They will hold expiration dates, and I would like AP to be notified when they're within 30 days of its expiration. 

I know sounds silly, but will all the DAT fields values be the same as header conditions are executed as AND not OR commands.

They can be different dates which is why i assumed i should put them on multiple lines.  

Then this workflow should start to work only if all of the dates are <= date$-30, do you think this is what you need?
