Mr & Mrs required when creating users

Question

Back in 2016 I reported to Sage that the use of Mr or Mrs as options was inappropriate. Fast forward 5 years and still sadly no change. 
 It should either be removed and not required or more inclusive.

 Any ideas on when this will be changed?

SFAIK an enhancement is on it's way for X3 Version 12, but don't have a specific date for you. 
 Meanwhile, You can modify the pages using personalisation. For example if you go into the create user page you can click the "Default" top right to get the "Customise page" option. Then the "title" block can be removed. This change can then be saved and applied globally or to specific groups of users as appropriate. You would probably also want to change the display users screen in the same way.
