I am no technical so I won't answer your question. However if you seek to increase the lot AVC value you can create an additional invoice linked to the original receipt / invoice to add more value on the lot AVC. It may be more common to create invoice with code.

I think that it's not a solution for this case because I  need not affect finantial numbers, and if I create invoice, I genereated a financial problem.

But I give  a few laps of this solution.

With help of document types and automatic journals, you can manage so, that "special" invoice type just update stock values, but no other further postings in finances. Of course - it shall be tested. 

Other option - you can use assembly functionality and add cost price for the lot.

Again - it shall be tested on your environment.
