I am an end user

There are multiple memos saved in my invoice screen, one of which it defaults to and is NOT named STD, Is this because it has somehow had something different created in it, or is always loading because its the last read? 

If it needs to be set somewhere in the memo, can someone send me instructions to do so. If it is consistently loading that way because of last read, can someone send me instructions on how to do that?

Secondly, if I wish to make these new memos global, do I need to be logged in as admin? or can it be done on my own log in?

    Hi,

    What version and patch level are you on? It is possible that it has been customized to default to that memo. You might consider contacting your local support team to take a look with you.

    There is a parameter FORGLO that concerns the Memo Formula code. From the Online help Center"

    This parameter concerns the MEMO Formula code. It manages the creation and use of Memos for a given screen field.

    There are two possible values for this parameter:

    Yes: A user can create a global Memo available for all users. 
    No:  A user cannot create a global Memo. When a Memo is created, it is only available to the current user.
