Initially, I created a storage volume on X3 and defined an access code for this volume, so that when a file was attached to that function, it automatically selected for the folder corresponding to the function.

The result I got was, the user who has the volume access code, is able to attach files, and modify the lines (once I have set the Inquiry, Modification and Execution options to yes). However, if the user does not have the access code, he can add files, but he cannot change the lines.

I would like to know what parameterizations are necessary so that you can effectively assign certain users the possibility of attaching files or not, depending on the access code they have.
