Sage Error Consistent Regardless of Role

Users are receiving the following error on a consistent basis.  User is saving something on a page within a specific function, saving, then closing page.  The error is occurring across all roles.  Can anyone give us advice on what could be causing this?

    Error: "GESUSER$adx (1895) 25 : System Error"

    The issue appears to be intermittently reported (and not reproducible at will)

    Reported steps (that intermittently caused the error):

    1. Go to Manufacturing, Production Tracking, WO Close (FUNMCLOSE)

    2. Filter on Release routing

    3. Select order

    4. Click on Tracking detail from the right menu

    Other reported answers to questions:
    - The error is immediate
    - Happens to all different users and all different times
    - Many different WOs
    - Filter on Release routing
    - Users were not needing to browse other tabs within the screen



    Resolution

    No current resolution. However, the suggested path is to check if users are on specific process servers, or have them set to specific process servers if there are multiple via the use of tags, verify which exactly users are affected, if they're on wired/wireless etc.. Error appears to be communication-related.
