Morning - question from our customer about templates for CRM/ operations:

The customer needs an import template for the CRM/operations (object ITN) with material usage.

Simple inserts without material usage can be created. However, afterwards the same data set has to be updated with another  import and supplemented with material consumptions.

Unfortunately, there is no standard template for consumption/ material usage and after many attempts we have not been able to create such a template with this functionality.

 Anyone have ideas/ tips on this one? Many thanks - Susan
