Which function you are using to print range of records? I suppose you need to  program it, develope a funcition that prints the records independently per supplier, customer or any other type of grouping, then probably your problem is solved.

Hi Martins, i'm just using standard x3. 

By doing this the behavior of x3 is to group everything into one PDF and send to all the recipients.

I would like to know if anyone has had the same problem and found some solution, even if it is through programming a new function that makes this separation.

It's becoming more and more customary for users to want to report the application via email and in this case we have to do the process in multiple steps when it should not be necessary.

I don't think you will get this without 4gl development, to my knowledge.

Hi Ruben, document bursting is not a feature which you can find out of the box with Sage X3. Instead you can use any of the third party tools available in the market. In Australia Autodoc HSE is famous among our partners and customers which requires a bit of work in Crystal reports (adding some hidden tags and introduced them within the software to recognize where the document needs splitting and where to find the receiver's email). It adds a virtual printer to the print server which then can be added as Destination to Sage X3 and the rest is easy as.  

Also developing a solution using 4gl could be another option as Martins suggested.
