Hello All, 

I have been doing a test install of V12 and have the install all the way to the "Add Endpoints" section, of the install.  When I get to this area, I get this error: 

It's weird because I have verified folders.json is in the <DIR>:\Sage\SOLUTION\folders right next to the solution.json it finds when setting up the endpoint.  Has anyone come across this or have any thoughts?
