Hi Shereef, A few things to start, what version and patch level are you on? Has this ever worked for you? Do you have custom auto journals? How many ledgers are you using?

Thew issue was resolved.

This is because i was using IND legislation hence we need to configure -

Formulas per legislation(Setup >> Financials).

We can copy the same from seed folder but we need to make necessary changes of respective journal code, document types etc.

I have the same issue. It is a single legislation folder. It suddenly started, and dont know how to resolve it/

Hi Braam,

Go to the X3 folder and use the Automatic Journal Comparison (CMPGAU) to compare the auto journal on the X3 folder to the one on the Production folder. This will tell you if there are any differences. The X3 folder should never be changed-it is the gold standard. Then, on the auto journal itself, click on Properties in the right box under Utilities. This will tell you when it was modified and who modified it.
