Approve/Reject link in Workflow Email

Question

We have configured X3 workflow for Purchase Request and Purchase Orders. On the email, its gives a link to 'Approve', and link to 'Reject'. Instead of showing up the two line link for each, can we replace it with button called 'Accept' and 'Reject'. This will tidy up the whole mail. Any solutions?

Hello Vineeth, 
 I don't think that your requirement is feasible because Sage X3 does not offer you a GUI interface to show button in the email text. 
 Approval and Reject links contains the IP, Folder, Language, Function code, Workflow Chrono Number and etc which will open X3 transaction. 
 Maybe third party application can achieve such required to keep button and call the link on button action.
