Hello,
This appears to be a reported issue, do you have a business partner/reseller that can assist you as this issue is generally caused by an invalid join in the Crystal report.
KB : 75781
This was working up to yesterday. No modification were done. Is it possible to check where the join could be? Note that it does work if I print one at a time.
I was able to get to the Links for that report. Is it possible to check for a bad join?
We discovered the issue, which was that the sale rep was putting large header/footer text that was crashing the template.
Hello, I apologize for the delayed response. Great news that you found the root cause on the crystal template!
Good find. As a note, I did do some testing with the standard SBONFAC report and was unable to replicate your error.
