The user recently started receiving an error when accessing the CSI Division/Job cost code phase section in Sage Estimating.  A prompt will come up for the users credentials, after entered the error titled "Job Cost File Access" displays stating "Unable to access the Sage 300 Construction Job Cost master file. Check file permissions for the master file."  The users Sage 300 credentials work under a different users profile on the same PC completing this same task.  Other users Sage 300 credentials do not work under this users profile, even after recreating the Windows profile.  The user is able to access the CSI Division/Job cost code phase section directly through Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate.  Any suggestions or advice is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
