I am trying to add crystal report on Sage Estimating. As mentioned on one of the manual, I started by adding a blank report in Sage Estimating Report  Management Console.

Then next step is to select one of the estimate from report working data set( on Sage Estimating Reporting Management Console) and click on "Generate Data" to create sample data for your report design. But it errors out with following exception:

The server principal "xsa" is not able to access the database "database_name" under the current security context.

Any help to resolve above error would be much appreciated.

Also, why is sage estimating trying to access database with "xsa" account?

what is "xsa" account? is it created by Sage Estimating or Crystal Report?
