Sage 300 CRE: Compatibility with Sage Estimating 21.1 and supported version for year-end 2021

Compatibility with Sage Estimating 21.1:

We are planning a fall update for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate version 20 that will be compatible with Sage Estimating 21.1. If you use Sage Estimating, do not upgrade to Sage Estimating version 21.1 until you install the compatible version of Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate.

Supported version for year-end 2021:

The year-end release for Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate version 20 will be available in December. It will support changes to government compliance reporting for Payroll and Accounts Payable.

When planning for year-end 2021, note that if your version is 18.1 or later, you can upgrade directly to the year-end release of version 20. Refer to the “Supported upgrade paths” section in Chapter 1 of the User’s Guide for more information.

To determine whether your environment is compatible with version 20, review the system requirements in KB article 104860 System Requirements: Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate version 20.

Tip: To verify which Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate version you are currently using, select Help > About [Application] in the application.
