Can we search for customer by "Name" in Service Management?

In our Customers view in Service Management, we have six Lookup By: buttons. Alias, Phone, Location #, Address, Located At, and AR Customer are the ones we see. In the customer data below that we have a column for Name. Is there a way we can search for clients by data we have in the Name column? Also, we were wondering if it is possible to change, add, or remove the Lookup By: search buttons?

Hi DSM Eddy,

These predefined sort options are hardcoded into SM; there is no way to change them, unfortunately, nor can you search by the Name column as it is not one of the options. You can, however, create filters, so there might be a way (depending on your data) to limit the scope of what you are viewing before having to search.

Thanks, That was helpful. We were able to create a filter to search by name and found what we were looking for. We will be able to use that for other searches as well.
