DM not working correctly after upgrade to 15.1

Last night I upgrade our system to 15.1 for Accounting, Estimating, and Document Management.

Document Management will allow us to classify and route documents, without any noticeable issues.  When we have an invoice that has been approved, we link to AP and post the invoice.  Then previously it would return to DM to your Inbox list.  Now it hangs up, the blue circle keeps spinning, and it will not allow you to click on anything - finally greying out screen.  Once you restart, the invoice is processed in AP (no longer pending, but posted), but the item in DM has lost it's classification, etc. and has to be relinked to the invoice. 

Anyone else having this issue - or have any suggestions on where to start for a fix?

    UPDATED 01/13 - I contacted Sage support and we discovered that any DM item that was a pending AP invoice during the upgrade now causes this error when approving in DM. As a work around, we are not using the "AP Invoice" button/link from DM to approve, but opening AP Pending Invoices and approving there. If we approve via DM, the DM item then loses all it's classification and routing/approval info - but this does not occur when approved directly in AP.

    We have tested and this error doesn't occur with items routed after the upgrade.

    Just wanted to leave this update here incase it will help someone else experiencing this issue that might see this post later.
