Well it would require a creative work around I suppose.

You could void the check associated with the employee's dd notice that you want to reprint.

Then process it again, and run Generate DD on just this one (do not check re-generate) so that only this one will generate and print.

If you have already sent the original text file to the bank, all of the DDs should have been included in that file, so you wouldn't need to send the file that generates from this one DD to the bank. The total amount of the direct deposit withdrawal should still be the same, but you would then see it split in Cash Management into two separate withdrawal entries.

This is under the asuumption that all the Direct Deposits generated successfully, and that the only issue is that one notification got jammed in the printer.

Other option, is to regenerate all of them, then print the DD notifications to a print file. Then open the print file and print specific page(s)

If you have not posted the direct deposits, use regenerate box and clear run number.

While printer Information is on Direct Deposit Notifications, select printer information, select Print to file

Select File, enter file location and save file as a PDF file or PRN file.

Continue as normal with generating direct deposits.

Go to File, Printouts, to open your saved file.

Scroll through and find the page the employee is printed on.

Then use File, Print and print Page # of Page # to print just one or a few notifications.
