MyAssistant - attached Crystal Report fails to deliver

I am setting up MyAssistant with a new Send a Report task.

I can attach a PDF, Text, or other document to the Email portion and the email sends successfully.

However, when I attach a simple two-parameter Crystal Report and manually run the task, an email is never received.

Also MyAssistant does not produce an error message. 

How can I troubleshoot this failure?

    There is a knowledgebase article, ID: 20321, Troubleshoot Crystal attachments missing from emails. I would say the most common causes that I see are #1 the ISDAdminSenderService needs to logon as a specific Windows user and #4 file locations in Accounting are using mapped drives.

    To get more detail related to the error, you will want to go to the MyAssistant server and review the Application log in the Windows Event Viewer. If the Windows Event viewer is still not giving you anything useful, you may want to call support and we can turn up tracing to get more detail in that log.

    I am having a similar issue but mostly all of my reports get emailed successfully but MYA skips one to three recipients each month and I don't know about it until those recipients contact me asking for the report. I have spent hours trying to figure this out with the creators of MYA, Sage and my own IT Company. It seems someone will fix it for that month and then the next month it occurs again. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!!
