Missing WIP Records from Payroll

We have a couple of jobs where all of the WIP records are not coming through to billing from payroll. It's not the complete job where the data isn't flowing through, but a particular cost code. The cost code flows through for other jobs. I have verified that the send costs to billing is checked, checked all of the payroll and job cost reports and the data is showing up in those modules. The next week hours will flow through to WIP for the same job. I am at a loss as to why the data isn't coming through.....any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

    Cost-based billing has quite a few moving parts. I would suggest you review this Sage City post:

    It can also be tough because the Send Costs to Billing check boxes may be checked now, but they may not have been at the time the entry was posted. If the steps in the post do not lead you to a resolution, you will probably want to either contact support or your business partner.

    It was previously checked, as this wasn't a new job....we had been working on it for several months.I had read that post hoping that it would shed some light, but it didn't assist either. :(  I'm going to contact support shortly. Thank you for your reply, Casey!
