AP Pending Invoices import from PO

SOLVED

Hi There,

We use Purchasing. Is there a way to mark invoices as pending though this then import them to AP as Pending?

    Hi Karwood-Amanda,

Great question and thanks for the post. At this time there is not an option for that in the software. An enhancement request has been submitted for importing pending invoices into Accounts Payable. You can find more information by going to the Customer Portal and reviewing knowledgebase article KB2641, "How do I import pending invoices into Accounts Payable?". You can also subscribe to this article and receive updates via email once the issue is resolved.

I would recommend submitting an enhancement request to our product development team to add on the idea of sending the pending invoices from Purchasing to Accounts Payable. It's a great suggestion. You can submit and track the idea from within the software by going to Help > Web Resources > Submit Enhancement Requests or by going to https://ideascopeanywhere.com/sage-timberline/frmSubmitIdea.aspx.

Thanks again for posting in Sage City!
